Automatically collected data
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect some information from your device. This information may be deemed personal information under relevant data protection legislation in some countries, including those in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Potential Employers & Third Party Services
The Website and Services may include references and connections to Potential Employers and third-party websites and services. Any personal information you send to third-party websites or services (including interactions between Candidates or Employees and Potential Employers via the Service) is sent directly to the third-party and is subject to the third-privacy party's and security rules. We are not responsible for the content, privacy and security practices and policies, or other content on third-party websites or services to which the Service provides connections. If you are a job applicant ("Candidate") or an employee ("Employee") utilizing our Services on behalf of one of our clients (the "Potential Employers"), we will collect and use your personal information on their behalf. In certain instances, we operate as a data processor, collecting and processing your personal information on their behalf and pursuant to their instructions.
